  • Consumable items such as e-liquids or coils can only be returned if the seal is intact.
  • Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund after inspection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened e-liquids.
  • Used tanks, coils, or disposable vapes.
  • Products not purchased directly from Vape Site.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Your name and order number.
  • A description of the issue or reason for the return.
  • Photos of the product (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
